Services
Local SEO Experts Katy provides local search engine optimization services, including audits, Google Business Profile optimization, citation management, review systems, on-page optimization and local link building, as described in a written proposal or message thread for your business. Work begins once scope and price are agreed in writing (including by email or WhatsApp).
No ranking guarantees
Search rankings are determined by Google and influenced by factors outside any agency's control, including competitor activity and algorithm changes. We therefore do not and cannot guarantee specific positions, traffic volumes or lead counts. We commit to the agreed work, performed to Google's guidelines, and to transparent monthly reporting of results as they occur.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of business information you provide (names, addresses, phone numbers, hours, services) and for maintaining ownership of your Google Business Profile, website and domain accounts. Recommendations we implement use the information you supply; errors in that information are yours to correct with us promptly.
Guideline compliance
All work follows Google's guidelines for representing businesses in search. We will not purchase reviews, create fake listings, or use deceptive techniques at a client's request; if asked to do so we will decline that part of the work and explain the risk it would create for your business.
Fees and cancellation
Fees, billing timing and any minimum terms for your engagement are stated in your written agreement and take precedence over this page. Either party may end a monthly engagement as described in that agreement. Work completed up to the end date remains payable.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
